Points 4 Prayer
- As President Obama's planned troop withdrawals continue apace in Iraq, turning over control of all cities and towns to Iraqi security forces, please pray that peace would reign, that our troops would be encouraged and protected, and that the enemies of peace would not be successful in their attempts to spread violence and terror.
- Pray for the situation in Iran, where the oppressive regime of extreme religionists is crumbling and trying desperately to maintain power through violence and domination. Pray for the protection of innocent lives and the spread of true freedom. Pray also that the doors would be opened to the Gospel.
- Give thanks for the hundreds of who received the baptism of the Holy Spirit during this past weekend's services. Please pray that the Lord would guard their hearts and minds against the attacks of the enemy, who would seek to steal, kill and destroy their faith. Pray also against confusion, doubt, discouragement and fear.
- Give thanks that no one was injured or killed in the collapse of the Centergy parking garage on Monday.
